MP Raajhaa earlier joined DMK in Presence of MK Stalin
In anticipation of the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, a significant political shift occurred on July 21 when former Minister and MP A Anwhar Raajhaa from All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) joined Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam. This event occurred in the presence of DMK President and Chief Minister MK Stalin at Chennai Anna Arivalayam.
Raajhaa said his departure stemmed from concern over BJP influence, warning that BJP intended to “destroy AIADMK first and then fight DMK,” and emphasized the threat of Hindi imposition and erosion of state autonomy
