May 19, 2025: Conservative commentator and close Trump ally Laura Loomer has reignited controversy by claiming that former President Joe Biden is terminally ill and that White House physicians allegedly fabricated his medical records to conceal the severity of his condition. Her latest remarks follow official confirmation that Biden, 82, has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), Loomer claimed that Biden “became terminal last July,” and has been in declining health ever since. “Joe Biden has had cancer for a while,” she wrote. “He became terminal last July, which is when Kamala Harris took over. Terminal is six months to a year… Won’t be long.”
Loomer alleged that she had warned about Biden’s health months ago, stating, “A lot of people owe me an apology. I told you Biden was terminal last July. I was right about the medical emergency… And I’m going to be proven right when he dies too.”

Accusations Against White House Medical Staff
Perhaps more explosive were Loomer’s accusations that White House physicians have played a role in misleading the public. “The White House physicians have long been suspected of fabricating Biden’s medical records,” she claimed. “As I reported last year, White House physicians had many late night visits with Biden that went past midnight. Check the logs — you’ll see for yourself.”
Calling it the “biggest scandal to ever come out of the White House,” Loomer insisted that Congress should begin investigations immediately, saying, “Everyone is hoping Biden recovers. He’s not going to recover… We need to accept reality.”
Loomer also resurfaced videos she claims show Biden acknowledging his illness, including one from July 2022 where he allegedly admitted to having cancer. Another clip purportedly shows Biden’s brother, Frank Biden, “blurt out” that the president was terminally ill.

The White House confirmed last Friday that President Biden has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. The diagnosis followed weeks of urinary symptoms, according to a statement from the president’s physician. Biden and his family are currently reviewing treatment options.
While the administration has not responded to Loomer’s specific claims, concerns about Biden’s health have mounted in recent months, with aides privately acknowledging increased instances of memory lapses and fatigue, as reported in a recent biography.
