Doctor-turned YouTuber Navankur Chaudhary, widely recognized as ‘Yatri Doctor’, has refuted to any connection to espionage after the apprehension of fellow YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra on allegations of spying for Pakistan.

In an Instagram video, Chaudhary described the accusations as “baseless” and the story being circulated about him as “false.”

Jyoti Malhotra, a travel vlogger as well, has been targeted in social media trials for supposedly sharing sensitive Indian military details with officials from Pakistan. The case has sparked an online backlash against Navankur Chaudhary, as social media users are digging his previous videos and scrutinizing his former actions and affiliations.

Who is Navankar Chaudhary?

Navankur Chaudhary is an MBBS doctor who became a YouTuber. Navankur, hailing from Rohtak in Haryana, was born on March 2, 1996, and finished his MBBS at Madras Medical College in 2015.

Following a short stint as a doctor, he changed his career path in 2017 to focus on creating travel content.

He runs a popular YouTube channel named Yatri Doctor, boasting nearly 2 million subscribers. He boasts more than 650,000 followers on Instagram. According to his social media accounts, Navankur Chaudhary has visited 144 countries to date and plans to explore all 197 recognized nations.

Navankur Chaudhary is presently located in Delhi, according to Yatri Doctor’s LinkedIn profile.

Public scrutiny on Navankur Chaudhary began when internet users uncovered old videos of him at the Pakistan High Commission, reportedly disparaging an Indian BSF soldier. He is also facing criticism for displaying what seemed to be an inaccurate map of India. These videos became popular following Jyoti Malhotra’s arrest.

Navankur Chaudhary responded to the criticism by stating. “I have been to Pakistan just once,” he stated, clarifying that the trip was part of his goal to visit every nation globally.

POWER CORRIDORS

Former Vice President Venkaiah Naidu commended Power Corridors as a commendable news magazine, affirming that it not only upholds Media Dharma but also fulfills its societal obligations. Power Corridors, as its name implies, delves into realpolitik—examining the essence of influential circles, unraveling the intricacies of political maneuvers, and exploring the pulse of the state’s affairs. However, it transcends mere power dynamics, encompassing a broader spectrum of issues beyond the confines of Delhi’s elite circles.

For PC, which is published by the Interactive Forum on Indian Economy, not only highlights the issues of the day but also throws up what ought to be the subjects that the country should be debating about. It reports about the plans, strategies, and agendas of politicians and others; it also sets the agenda for the nation.
