Akshay-Katrina starrer ‘Namastey London’ to re-release on this day!

The romantic comedy 'Namastey London', featuring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, which first released in 2007, will hit theaters again for Holi on March 14. Helmed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the movie became a massive success.

The romantic comedy ‘Namastey London’, featuring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, which first released in 2007, will hit theaters again for Holi on March 14. Helmed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the movie became a massive success.

Akshay Kumar has posted the exciting news on Instagram. The actor has released a motion poster for Namastey London featuring the song—Rafta Rafta—in the background.

Along with the video, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Thrilled to announce the re-release of Namastey London on the big screen this Holi, 14th March! Get ready to relive the magic — unforgettable songs, iconic dialogues, and timeless romance with Katrina Kaif all over again. See you at the movies!”

Katrina also shared a post on Instagram with a caption on it, “Excited to announce the re-release of Namastey London on the big screen this Holi, 14th March! Get ready to relive the magic — unforgettable songs, iconic dialogues, and timeless romance all over again.”

Namastey London, released in March 2007 also featured Rishi Kapoor, Upen Patel, and Nina Waida.

According to the official summary, the movie centers on Katrina Kaif’s character Jasmeet, also known as Jazz, a young Indian woman residing in London and dating an English guy. Events change when Jazz’s father chooses to bring her to India.

Her father dislikes her careless way of living and arranges her marriage to Arjun (played by Akshay Kumar), a humorous but sensible farmer. Jazz persists in mocking him, yet Arjun goes along with it.
