Baba Siddiqui’s son Zeeshan & actor Salman Khan receive death threats; a 20-year-old suspect arrested
Zeeshan Siddique, the son of late NCP leader Baba Siddique, and Bollywood actor Salman Khan received death threats, just weeks after the ex-Maharashtra minister was murdered in Mumbai, supposedly by the Bishnoi gang.
Today in Noida, the individual believed to be the caller, aged 20, was taken into custody.
The phone calls were placed on Friday night, and a case has been filed by the office of Zeeshan Siddique, an NCP MLA from Bandra East, based on a complaint.

Besides threats, caller asked for ransom from Zeeshan
In addition to the threats, Mohammad Tayyab, also known as Gurfan, requested ransom from Zeeshan Siddique and Salman Khan.
Tayyab, who is 20 years old, was apprehended on Tuesday morning in the Sector 39 region of Noida, and the Mumbai Police are transferring him to the city on a transit remand.
Zeeshan officially became member of Ajit Pawar led NCP faction
On October 25, Zeeshan Siddique officially became a member of the NCP faction led by Ajit Pawar, following his removal from the Congress for reportedly cross-voting in the Maharashtra legislative council elections.
He said joining the party was emotional, adding that he would contest the November 20 Maharashtra Assembly elections from the Bandra East constituency, the seat he won in 2019 on a Congress ticket.
Baba Siddique was the Congress MLA from the formerly undivided Bandra seat for two terms. He had resigned from Congress earlier this year and joined the NCP.
